Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Certain goods are not eligible for return, including perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
Additional non-returnable items include gift cards and discounted or sale items.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Please refrain from returning your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted, such as for books with obvious signs of use, items that are not in their original condition, damaged items, or returns made more than 30 days after delivery.
Revision Policy
One revision is included in the selected package. Clients may request unlimited free amendments, provided the design and concept remain unchanged.
The turnaround time for revisions will be communicated to the client.
Refunds
If a refund request is made prior to the delivery of the initial design concepts, a full refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee) will be provided, except in the following circumstances:
- The project has been reassigned to another service provider or designer.
- The client changes their mind or decides not to proceed with the service after payment.
- An incomplete design brief has been submitted.
- More than 72 hours have passed since the initial design delivery (clients are encouraged to reach out with concerns).
Once the final files are delivered or the initial design concept has been approved, no refund requests will be accepted, unless the design has not been developed according to the brief.
No refunds will be granted if revisions have been requested on the initial design/layout or if cancellation occurs for reasons unrelated to The Horizon Technologies’ policies.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items are non-refundable.
Website Design, Hosting, Domain Services/Packages
No refund will be provided once the website demo link has been shared or the website development is complete, deployed live, or signed off by the client.
Refund policies for custom packages will follow the same terms as those for single packages.
No refund is available for domain purchases once the domain has been acquired as specified by the client.
For hosting services, no refund will be issued before a minimum of one year of service has passed.
